Grace Food Pantry Wish List
100 days of grace

If you've ever wondered what to donate to the food pantry, here's a short list of items we can always use, paper grocery bags, rubber bands, twist ties, boxes of cereal, rice, flour, dried beans.  We appreciate your donations and your role in helping make someone's life better!

This Sunday at Grace. . .

The first of our three Vestry-led discussion sessions will be this Sunday, after both services. This Sunday's topic will be Reorganizing Grace Church's Restricted Funds for Our Present and Future Mission and will be led by Chris DeMarco.

We will also be welcoming our Healing Prayer team, whose members will be available for prayers and annointing during communion at the 10am service. Read more about the Healing Prayer Ministry in this Sunday's bulletin.

"No other foundation: inhabiting the stories of scripture"
This week's bible study, lead by Bishop Miller, was well-attended and included a wonder meal provided by our friends at St. Andrew's. The Bishop's study focuses on the different Passion narratives found in the Gospels and there is one evening remaining: Feb. 27 (Wednesdays). Join us for a Eucharist at 5:15pm, dinner at 6pm, and study/discussion starting at 6:45pm.

Please note that Grace will be serving the meal for this evening. If you would like to help out, please contact Rev. Patrick Raymond.

Our Neighbors Need Your Help
100 days of grace FICKLE WINTER has prevented many from attending Grace recently and Lenten donations for the YWCA are few!  Do check the bulletin on Sunday for an insert on things the Mothers and children need and add several to your weekly shopping list. Lets fill the wicker YW basket at the back of the Church to heaping each of the remaining weeks of Lent!

A list of requested items will be included in the bulletin for the next few weeks and can also be found at the link below.

Spiritual Gifts Workshop
Weren't able to make last November's Spiritual Gifts Workshop? St. Andrew's will be hosting another workshop on March 8th. These workshops are a great way to identify your particular gifts and discover how you can use them in both your church and the community. Copies of the registration and information sheet can be found at the back of church or by contacting Kristin Matuszak at
togracechurch@gmail.com

Shelter Meal
Grace's Hispanic congregation with Rev. Pat Size at the helm provided tacos and all the trimmings plus two Mariachis who delighted with their music and singing on February 4. Read all about it in latest issue of "La Comunidad" ! Assistance is needed for the March 3rd Shelter meal and we need cookies, all varieties. Please volunteer at
togracesheltermeal@gmail.com or contact Sarah & Sparky Watts at 244-9424.

Picnic for Bibles? Save those Tickets!
Many thanks to all of you who purchased tickets for last week's Brunch for Bibles. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not cooperate with us and we were forced to cancel the event. The Youth Group is looking into a picnic-like event later this spring. Those who purchased tickets for last Sunday's brunch will automatically be on the list for the new event.
