This is a once-in-a-lifetime sale of the collection of a world traveler and expert in Oriental antiquities.  Included in the sale were a number of large antique ivory carved figures, over 200 pieces of framed and unframed art , from 17th Century to modern including Japanese Hiroshige prints, pottery, textiles, Chinese scrolls, large wall screens, more than 20 Oriental carpets including Serab, Bidjar, Heriz (one 12’ 2” x 15’ 6”) & Chinese silks.  Camel bags, Bawo & Dotter 9 tube turn-of-the-century grandfather clock, 19th Century Chinese silk robes & obis, carved bone-overlaid wooden horse, lovely black lacquered parlor grand piano, coffee table made from an 18th Century Chinese temple gate, south India wedding chest, lots of antique blue & white Staffordshire & oriental platters & plates, antique brass,
